Terms apply to item(s) created as custom-designed garment(s) consulted in person, electronically and/or direct contact. SOOMAR LÉBRANDON (SOOMAR) will create the invoiced design(s) for client based on prior-discussed specification(s) i.e., sketched concept. Remittance of payment constitutes as an acknowledgement that the below-referenced terms have been read and accepted. The agreement is solely between SOOMAR and the client(s) who are purchasing and/or wearing the custom-made garment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Nonrefundable Consultation Fee: $100 .00
Garment Design Rate: $30/hour
Material/Supplies: Variable
Work commences on design(s) upon receipt of final invoice payment. The final product(s) will be available for pick up and/or shipping within the greater of 14 days of final balance payment. The garment(s) will NOT be shipped/available for pickup with an outstanding balance. A rush-order fee of $50.00 will be applied to garment(s) with desired completion within 7 days or less of consultation and/or final payment.
CREATION, FITTINGS, CHANGES
1-2 fitting appointments may be scheduled if anticipated date of service (completion date) is greater than 14 days from garment start date/completion date. Date/Time will be scheduled by client.
GARMENT FITTING/PICKUP.
Minor changes will be made at no additional cost. Additional updates requiring more materials and/or labor will need to be agreed upon by both parties and may result in an additional cost, which must be paid before changes are made. Once fabric has been purchased/agreed upon, no additional changes are permitted.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
SOOMAR cannot accept any returns or cancellations for ANY reason once the client has agreed to the garment design. If the client cancels the custom order or process of production for any reason, no refund for any prior deposit remitted to SOOMAR will be issued. Once the client has canceled production of an order, either by verbal, written, or electronic communication, SOOMAR has the right to stop production of the order and use the garment, fabrics or materials for company use. If the client or affiliates become difficult to work with, fail to remit final payment SOOMAR may cancel the services and/or stop production the client’s refund percentage will be at the discretion of SOOMAR minus cost of material and garment design labor hours previously completed at the Garment Design Rate. SOOMAR is not responsible for mishaps, including, but not limited to rips, tears, broken seams, or stains to the garment once the client has inspected and takes possession of the garment and/or the garment is no longer in the care of SOOMAR.
